How long have you been drawing?
It’s a difficult question because I’ve been drawing since I was a child, but I started digital art in 2021 when I got a drawing tablet as a Stream goal. Even so, I didn’t draw for very long and only really came back in 2023. For those who are curious to know what my current drawing tablet is, it’s the One By Wacon and my drawing program is ClipStudioPaint.ㅤㅤ

I used to be a tattoo artist! I know, it sounds very wow, but it’s nothing special. I don’t feel very comfortable in that job, so I took a break. Have I ever taken drawing courses? The terms below exist to ensure safety, transparency, and a smooth experience for both parties throughout the entire creative process.• Commission Process
1. Order Confirmation and Payment
After submitting the initial information, the artist will confirm availability, total price, and estimated deadline. The slot will be reserved and the commission will officially enter the production queue only after payment confirmation.Payment is made in advance (70%) to guarantee the reservation of the slot.
Without confirmed payment, the order will not be started.
The production queue is organized by confirmed payment order.2. References and Idea Description
Before starting the sketch, the client must send all necessary references, including:
1 — Character visual references
2 — Desired expressions
3 — Poses
4 — Clothing
5 — Color palette (if applicable)
6 — Other important elementsIn addition to images, it is strongly recommended to provide a written description detailing how you want the scene to happen. The clearer and more complete the information, the more accurate the final result will be.3. Initial Sketch
After payment confirmation and receiving the references, the sketch will begin.
Drafts will be sent containing:
1 — Composition
2 — Pose
3 — Framing
4 — Overall structure
5 — Expression and positioningThe sketch will already represent the agreed original idea. At this stage, the client may request adjustments according to the revision policy.4. Revision Policy
Up to 5 free revisions are included, as long as they are related to the previously defined original idea.
Free revisions include only minor adjustments, such as:
1— Small expression changes
2— Minor pose adjustments
3— Proportion corrections
4— Refinement of previously agreed detailsChanges that significantly modify the structure or concept of the artwork — such as a complete pose change, character replacement, background alteration, camera angle change, or overall scene reformulation — are not considered minor adjustments. If the change requires substantial rework, it may be:
1— Charged additionally according to the level of rework; or
2— Considered a new commission, with a new quote.The classification of the change as a minor adjustment or new request will be defined by the artist based on the level of rework required.After exceeding the 5 free revisions limit, an additional fee between $5 to $100 may be applied, depending on:1 — The stage of progress of the artwork
2 — The complexity of the change
3 — The level of rework requiredApproval of the sketch formalizes that the structure, composition, and overall concept are correct.5. Finalization
After sketch approval, the artwork will proceed to:
1 — Lineart (when applicable)
2 — Coloring
3 — Shadows and lighting
4 — Textures
5 — Refinement and final detailsStructural modifications requested after this stage may generate an additional charge proportional to the rework. If the change requires redoing a large portion of the artwork, it may be considered a new commission. The definition of the stage the project is in will be determined by the artist.6. Publications and Promotion
Unless previously agreed otherwise, the artist may use the artwork for:
1 — Social media posting
2 — Sharing WIPs (Work in Progress)
3 — Portfolio
4 — Professional promotionIf the client chooses to restrict these uses, additional fees will apply:
1— No WIP posting: additional fee of 40% of the total artwork price
2— Full publication prohibition (including portfolio and promotion): additional fee of 100% of the total artwork priceThis fee corresponds to the limitation of the artist’s right to use the work.7. Final Delivery
The artwork will be delivered in high quality, in the previously agreed format (PNG or JPG).
The final version will not contain a watermark, but it will include the artist’s signature as authorship identification.• Delivery Time
The estimated deadline is 15 to 35 business days and may vary depending on complexity and the number of orders in the queue. Weekends are reserved only for message responses. There is no production on these days.
If an unforeseen event affects the deadline, the client will be informed.• Rush Time / Priority
There is a Priority option for clients who wish to be placed at the top of the queue.
The additional fee is equivalent to 100% of the base artwork price.Deadlines shorter than 14 days are not guaranteed. The artist does not compromise quality, technical level, or finish to meet extremely short deadlines.• Personal Use and Commercial Use
Personal use includes:
— Profile picture
— Banner
— Wallpaper
— Social media posts without monetizationAny use linked to revenue generation will be considered commercial use.Commercial use requires purchasing a commercial license, with an additional fee equivalent to 100% of the base artwork price.• Cancellation and RefundThere are no refunds after the artwork is completed.
If the artist cancels the commission, the client will receive 100% of the amount paid.Cancellation by the client:
— During sketch stage: 70% refund
— During base colors: 50% refund
— During rendering has started: no refund
— After Finished: no refundThe refund amount is always calculated based on the total commission price.
The definition of the stage will be determined by the artist.• Inactivity and Cooperation
The commission depends on active communication between both parties. If the client repeatedly delays responses, affecting progress:
1 — The project may be moved to the end of the queue
2 — The deadline will be automatically adjusted
3 — The client will be informed of the reorganizationIf there is no response within 7 consecutive days, the project may be paused.
If the client remains unresponsive for 30 consecutive days, the commission will be considered closed due to inactivity.In this case:
— The project will be finalized at its current stage
— There will be no refund
The total deadline will be proportionally adjusted according to the inactivity period.
